Before You Buy

What does 3Dstage offer?

3Dstage offers downloadable 3D stage models for event design and visualization, including corporate, technology, festival, indoor, outdoor, chill, and cosmic stages, as well as stage accessories.

These are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

How do I choose a compatible model?

Check the information on the product page before purchasing:

  • 3D files: the included file formats; check What’s included for the supported software versions.
  • File size: the listed download size.
  • Style: the design category.
  • Render: the software used to create the preview images.
  • Images: information about the included preview images, where specified.

If a detail you need is missing, send us the product link and your software version before purchasing.

Are Unreal Engine project files included?

A product marked “Render: Unreal Engine” identifies the software used for its preview renders. This label alone does not confirm that an Unreal Engine project is included.

Will the model look exactly like the preview when I open it?

The appearance can vary depending on your software, render engine, materials, lighting, and settings.

Use the preview images as a visual reference. If your workflow depends on reproducing the preview closely, ask us what scene assets and settings are included.

Can I try a free model first?

Yes. Select FREE on the website to browse free models, open a product page, and use its Download button.

A free model can help you check compatibility and become familiar with the files before choosing a paid product. Check the usage terms applicable to that model.

Orders & Downloads

How do I purchase a model?

Open the product page, review its details, select Add to cart, and follow the checkout instructions.

Check the selected product and your email address before completing payment.

I paid but cannot find my download. What should I do?

First, check for an order confirmation or download instructions, including your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot locate the files, contact support with:

  • Your order number, if available.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The product name or link.
  • The purchase date.

Please contact us before placing another order for the same product.

My download failed or the archive will not open.

Try downloading the file again over a stable connection and saving it to your device before opening it.

If the download is a ZIP archive, extract it fully before opening the model. If extraction still fails, send support the product name, file name, and the exact error message.

Opening & Using Your Files

Which software versions are supported?

Use the file formats and software versions stated in What’s included on each product page as your reference. Some products list SketchUp 2016 and 3ds Max 2018, but you should check each item individually.

Compatibility with other applications, earlier versions, or converted formats is not guaranteed by those listings.

Can I use the model in Blender, Cinema 4D, or another application?

Check whether the product includes a format your application can import.

Do not assume that an unlisted format is included. Contact support before purchasing if you need a specific application or file format.

The model is missing textures or looks different from the preview.

Extract the complete archive and keep its folder structure intact. Check for any included instructions and texture folders.

If the problem continues, send us:

  • The product name.
  • Your software and version.
  • The render engine you are using.
  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • Any missing-file or plugin warning.

Can I change the design?

Editing options depend on the contents and structure of the supplied files.

If you need to replace LED graphics, change materials, resize the stage, or remove specific elements, ask us about those requirements before purchasing.

Is the model a construction-ready stage plan?

Treat the model as a design and visualization resource unless the product description explicitly states otherwise.

Before physical production, your project team should verify dimensions, structural requirements, equipment clearances, and venue conditions. A render does not establish construction suitability.

License & Usage

Can I use a purchased model for commercial projects?

Our Terms of Service grant a non-exclusive license to use purchased models for personal or commercial projects.

See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

Can I resell or share the original files?

No. The Terms of Service prohibit redistributing, reselling, or sharing the original files with third parties.

If a client or production partner needs editable source files, contact us to clarify the applicable licensing arrangements before transferring them.

Is my purchase exclusive?

No. The standard license is non-exclusive, so the same model may also be available to other customers.

If your project requires exclusivity, contact us before purchasing to discuss whether an arrangement is available.

Refunds & Product Issues

Can I request a refund?

Digital products are subject to a restricted refund policy.

Our Refund Policy describes exceptional circumstances involving non-delivery, major defects, or a product that does not match its description. Requests are reviewed against the policy.

For major defects or a product-description issue, contact support within 7 days of purchase and include evidence of the problem.

Read the Refund Policy for the full conditions.

What should I include in a support or refund request?

Include your order number, product name, purchase email, software version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots and exact error messages help us understand the problem.

Never send passwords, full card details, or payment verification codes.
