1. Our Products

3Dstage provides downloadable 3D models and digital assets for design and visualization. No physical goods are shipped.

Included files, supported software versions, and other product specifications are described on each product page. A render-engine label identifies the software used to create preview images; it does not, by itself, mean that the original render project is included.

Please review the product description and contact 3dstage.support@gmail.com before purchasing if you require a particular format, plugin, or software version.

2. License and Permitted Use

Unless a product includes separate license terms, free and purchased products are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial design and visualization projects.

You may:

  • Edit the model for your projects.
  • Use it to create rendered images, videos, and presentations.
  • Deliver those finished images, videos, and presentations to clients.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, upload, or share the original or modified editable files with third parties.
  • Include the files in another asset library, template pack, or downloadable product.
  • Claim ownership of the underlying model or offer it as an exclusive design.

If a client, colleague, or production partner needs the editable files, contact us to clarify licensing before transferring them.

Stage models and digital assets are licensed for use; ownership is not transferred. Purchasing or downloading a product grants only the usage rights described in these Terms or any separate product license. Ownership, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the underlying model or asset remain with 3Dstage or the respective rights holder. Rights to third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

3. Compatibility and Intended Use

Compatibility is limited to the formats and software versions stated in the product description. Appearance may vary with your application, render engine, materials, and lighting settings.

Models are intended for design and visualization unless explicitly described otherwise. They are not a substitute for construction drawings, engineering calculations, or professional verification before physical production.

4. Accounts, Orders, and Delivery

Provide an accurate email address at checkout and keep your account credentials confidential.

Paid products are delivered digitally after successful payment. Follow the download instructions provided with your order. If you cannot access a product, contact support with your order number and purchase email.

Prices and product descriptions may change. The description and terms presented at the time of purchase apply to that order.

5. Refunds and Product Issues

Because our products are downloadable digital goods, refunds are generally unavailable for a change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility with software that was not listed as supported.

Accessing a download does not prevent you from reporting a qualifying issue. We review requests involving:

  • Non-delivery: a completed payment but no working access to the purchased files.
  • Major defects: a technical problem that prevents use in the listed supported software.
  • Material differences from the description: missing advertised files, formats, or features.

Report major defects or material differences within 7 days of purchase. Report non-delivery promptly.

We may first restore access, supply missing files, or provide a corrected product. If a qualifying issue is verified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued.

6. Responsibility

You are responsible for checking product suitability and independently validating designs before production.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3Dstage is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future transactions. Updates do not remove rights associated with an earlier purchase.
